Removal and correction policy
Any store can be removed from ProductSeen rankings, badges and public pages, for any reason, with no account and no fee.
Remove a store
Enter the store's domain. Its rankings, badge and public report link are hidden within minutes, and it is excluded from future rankings. Aggregate statistics no longer count it from the next update.
You can also email quantumlab@mail.grokbot.com, or block our crawler entirely by adding User-agent: QuantumLabAIScan / Disallow: / to robots.txt.
Corrections
If a score looks wrong (for example, we hit a temporary error, or your site changed), re-scan from the home page: rankings use the latest scan. For anything else, submit a correction above and we'll review it within 2 business days.
What we publish
- Names appear only in rankings, and only for scores of 70+.
- Report links are unlisted (not in our sitemap and marked noindex).
- Research pages show aggregate numbers only.
